My experience of Lara's weight loss programme
I was pretty skeptical about hypnosis but I have to say after Lara’s four week Zoom session I felt completely differently about everything. I used to think about food ALL the time, what I was going to eat, what I had eaten, wishing I hadn’t and then not being able to stop myself from continuing, but Lara’s sessions has stopped all that. Since doing the session in March I’ve lost 17 pounds but most importantly I feel so much happier.
