Today was one of those days when my stop smoking hypnosis session didn’t go my way. Despite the fact that the client had followed all my suggestibility tests, had relaxed, and agreed that he no longer had any cravings for a cigarette, he knew that the hypnosis session hadn’t worked because the first thing he thought about when he opened his eyes was a cigarette.
